A Japanese inspired petty knife made from AEB-L stainless steel with a rockwell hardness of 60. The handle is stabilized, Spalted Tamarind dyed red with a G-10 black bolster. Blade length is 4 1/2 inches long with an overall length of 9 1/2 inches. Blade thickness at the spine is 1/8. AEB-L stainless makes for an excellent knife in a kitchen environment thanks to its corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance. The knife in the picture is the actual knife you will receive and is a one of a kind, handmade in Florida. You must be 18 years or older to purchase one of my knives.
