With a blade length of 3 1/2 inches, I designed this knife as an all around hunter/ camp knife. Great for small game processing ,skinning deer as well as light use around camp such as food prep, cutting rope etc.. The blade is made from AEBL Stainless steel with a stonewashed etched finish and measures 1/8 inch at the spine and tapers down to a very fine edge perfect for slicing through tough skin. The handle is made of Oak Scales with a sisal wrap that is bonded to the scale and will not shift or move under heavy use and is also water proof. The scales are cut short of the back of the blade for popping bottle tops or whatever you can come up with. The handmade sheath is veg tan leather Tooled and air brushed to give a unique 3d look and has been sealed to handle the elements.
An avid hunting customer came up with the idea of a small precision skinner with jimping up near the tip of the blade for precise control when gutting and skinning. So we made it! This knife would also make a great EDC for just about any task. This one is in Aebl stainless with and stonewashed finish. It features a hollow ground 1.75 inch long blade hardened to 60 hrc. The handle is made from burl micata a very durable material. The included sheath is made from Crazy Horse water buffalo hide and is designed to worn as a scout carry either left or right handed.
This blade measures 2.5 inches long and is made from 52100 ball bearing steel and features a very subtle hollow grind tapering down to a razor sharp edge. This knife was heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 61 and will hold an edge for quite some time. The entire blade has been etched and stonewashed to combat corrosion in harsh environments. Overall length is just under 7 inches. The Handle scales are Cholla cactus infused with resin and secured with g10 pins and lanyard tube. The sheath is made from Full Grain leather dyed golden brown and hand stitched. It is designed to be worn either vertically or horizontally (Scout Carry).
Hand forged from 1084 this Knife is built to last at 3/16 inch thick at the spine tapering down to a razor sharp edge. The cutting edge is 5 inches long with an overall length of 10 inches. This is a great hunting knife and equally as good as a camping or backpacking knife. The handle scales are Oak, mechanically fastened and epoxied to the tang and wrapped with fine sisal bonded to the handle for an excellent secure, comfortable grip that will not twist or shift in the hand under heavy use.
